We receive hundreds of Soul Boxes every week. Your information, sent with your shipment, helps our volunteers organize our participants' contributions and ensures that as many victims as possible are counted and honored.

--How you heard about the Soul Box Project
Please tell us a little more about your Soul Boxes:
--Do you (or the maker) have a personal connection to a victim for whom a Box was made? If so, please write "I know this person" on the bottom of the Box.
--Were these Soul Boxes made by a group or event?
--How is making Soul Boxes meaningful to you?
If you made Soul Boxes with names:
--If you received names from us, include the list & mark all the names for which you made a Soul Box.( It's OK if you did not use all the names.)
--Please list any Soul Boxes that feature names from another source. What source? ( eg. news, personal connection, another list)

USPS Priority Mail is convenient
Priority Mail can be sent right from your home or office. It’s easy to do with a free USPS Click-N-Ship account, which only takes a moment to set up.
USPS Parcel Post is more economical
Parcel Post ground shipping costs less, but can only be mailed at a Post Office. Sample shipping rates.
Either way--Priority or Parcel Post--carton affects cost
Postal rates vary by size, weight, and location (sample shipping rates).
Are you sending 72 Boxes or fewer?
Try to use a carton no larger than 12 x 12 x 12 inches. The cost difference can be dramatic!
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and we have typically not been able to accept shipments via UPS. We are grateful to our friends at Symbiosis Printing, a local Portland business. At this time, they are able to receive packages on our behalf.
